We use a "Wow Apple" to enable us to share and celebrate the children's achievements and learning when at home. This is shared as a group activity and the apple is then placed on our Wow Tree on the classroom wall for the month. At the end of the month, the staff award a “Wow of the Month” and the winner will receive a prize and a certificate. Parents and carers can write on the apple anything which their child has learnt or achieved. This may be linked to their Next Steps or anything which you feel is worthy of recognition! Apples are supplied when your child starts Pre-school for the first half-term. Thereafter, please write in the Home Link book or email us if you need more. Please write your child's name on the apple and place it in the Home Link book. We hope that you and your child will enjoy sharing with us their achievements and learning.
